Professor Chen Bing, as the only expert representative of news communication in Zhejiang Province, actively participated in the activities of "Light of Hope" plan experts to send services to Lishui Bank, which was led by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security. The "Light of Hope" project was launched in 2007, including four major projects: talent training, talent support, intellectual service and talent development funding. It aims to give full play to the intellectual advantages of talents in provincial units and developed areas, and provide strong talent guarantee and intellectual support based on the actual needs of underdeveloped areas and island areas.
