From August 1968 to February 1974, I jumped the queue at Aibolige Ranch in Wudongqi, Ximeng, Inner Mongolia, and later worked as a political teacher in Beijing No.27 Middle School.

1981July worked in Beijing dongcheng district Committee, and served as the standing Committee member of Beijing dongcheng district Committee, director of the district Committee office and director of the district secrecy bureau;

1993 served as deputy director and inspector of the general office of Beijing Municipal Committee in September;

In June 2002, he served as deputy secretary-general of Beijing Municipal Committee and executive deputy director of the General Office (bureau level);

From July 2004 to February 2008, he served as director and party secretary of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources.

From February 2008 to 20 13, he served as deputy director of the Urban Construction Environmental Protection Committee of the Beijing Municipal Political Consultative Conference.
