Wuqiao county, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province is a famous "hometown of acrobatics", with a total length of 34.8 kilometers in Wuqiao section of the Grand Canal. 1957 The mural of tomb acrobatics unearthed in this county is more than 500 years ago, which proves the long history of acrobatics. Since the 1920s, Wuqiao acrobats have performed in more than 50 countries and regions. At the beginning of the 20th century, the Jingma Troupe headed by Sun Fengshan, a native of Wuqiao, and the First Show of China, headed by Sun Fu, were famous at home and abroad.

After the founding of the People's Republic of China, Wuqiao sent 1000 acrobatic talents to all parts of the country. There is a saying in acrobatics that "without Wuqiao people, there would be no acrobatic class". Wuqiao acrobatics has 10 categories, nearly 1000 acrobatic programs and more than 5,000 acrobatic cultural relics.
