1From July 1997 to February 2000, Huawei and China University of Science and Technology joined the postdoctoral mobile station to do postdoctoral research. The research sites are Huawei headquarters and Huawei Shanghai Research Institute. He mainly studied IS-95 and 3G mobile communication technology, and once served as deputy manager of 3G mobile communication project, manager of 3G mobile communication pre-research department and academic leader of 3G mobile communication research and development.
