4, cooperate with relevant departments to carry out family planning, patriotic health, disease prevention and health care, city appearance and environmental sanitation, environmental protection and employment management;
5. Guide, support and help the work of community neighborhood committees, and promote the organizational construction and system construction of community neighborhood committees;
6, to carry out community service, yongjunyoushu work, set up social welfare undertakings, do a good job in community culture, popular science, sports and education;
7. Cooperate with relevant departments to inspect and supervise the implementation of new, co-built and rebuilt housing public facilities;
8. Cooperate with relevant departments in flood control, fire prevention, emergency rescue, disaster prevention and relief;
9, to reflect the opinions and demands of residents to the Municipal People's government, for people's letters and visits;
10, complete other tasks assigned by the municipal government.
