You'd better dress naturally and appropriately. Girls' long hair should be tied up as much as possible, and boys' hair should not cover their eyes. Keep an appropriate distance from the interviewer, neither too close nor too far away. Being too close will cause oppression to the interviewer in front of you, making eye contact with the interviewer difficult; If you are too far away, you will feel alienated and make mistakes in the process of information transmission.
Second, introduce yourself.
I can only say that it is in this link that most failed students widen the gap with others. Maybe some students have no interview experience, but they are by no means very unclear about what to say in self-introduction. I hope you don't mind my tone being a little intense in this session.
Third, communication skills.
The communication ability of a class teacher refers to being able to communicate with freshmen confidently, boldly, proactively, positively, concisely and effectively. This doesn't require you to have any leadership skills or so-called planning and management skills. These are all empty when helping on duty, or they are not the focus of my evaluation.
Fourth, personality characteristics.
I have always said that teaching assistants should be extroverted and take the initiative. Actually, I just want you to show this in the interview. But if you have the above-mentioned good communication skills and processing skills, I personally don't mind that you are an introverted person in life. After all, human nature is hard to change.
