From 65438 to 0996, Tong Liya studied dance performance in the Dance Department of the Middle School Attached to Xinjiang Arts University, and studied dance education in Xinjiang Arts University in 2000. Tong Liya's dancing style is smart and beautiful, and she has been selected to perform in Beijing on behalf of Xinjiang for many times, which has also made Tong Liya and Beijing have an indissoluble bond.

In 2004, Tong Liya attended the Spring Festival Gala of the Ministry of Culture and performed a solo dance in Xinjiang. In the same year, Tong Liya was admitted to the performance department of the Central Academy of Drama.
