Tan Peng (19 10 ~ 1992), a young student, studied four books and five classics, and then entered Tianmen middle school. From 65438 to 0928, Tan Peng was admitted to Wuhan Kuomintang Military Academy, and later entered the seventh phase of Wuhan Branch of Kuomintang Central Military Academy.

1949 went to Taiwan Province with the army. The following year, Tan Peng was appointed commander of Keelung Fortress of the Ministry of National Defense of Taiwan Province Province, 1955 was transferred to the principal of the Army Artillery School, 1958 was appointed as the deputy commander of the Army Pre-training Command, and the following year he was promoted to Lieutenant General of the Army to preside over the training of college students.
