Ba Shusong was born in 1969 in Wuhan. Doctors, researchers and doctoral supervisors enjoy special allowances from the State Council. The main research areas are risk management of financial institutions and supervision of financial markets, corporate financing issues and monetary policy decisions. 1987- 1994 studied at Huazhong university of science and technology (formerly Huazhong university of science and technology) and obtained a bachelor's degree and a master's degree successively.
