Speech by members of the panel on health at the parent-teacher conference
Dear parents:

Hello! In this drizzly and slightly chilly day, we meet again in this familiar environment. It is true that flowers are similar year after year and people are different year after year. In the past year, we worked hard together and we were happy together. We have troubled together and looked forward to it together. In this year, my students and I, as well as your children, have come a long way. But in this ordinary day, we have gained a lot and enjoyed a lot. As their head teacher, I feel very grateful and gratified. Today, I hope our parents' meeting can leave you something.

First of all, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all the parents who attended the meeting. Thank you for your support and understanding of our work. Speaking of which, something new keeps popping up in my mind. I still remember that when we held the school sports meeting last semester, the propaganda slogans made by several students in our class made the whole school teachers full of praise. I was particularly impressed by them: Yi Sheng, Li Pan 'an and Zhang Hongjun. Their slogans are big and beautiful, which can be seen clearly from a distance, adding a lot of momentum to our class. I think there must be a lot of parents' hard work among this slogan. I still remember one time when I came home from work and walked to the public area of our class, I saw Cai Peishan and Mo Bingxin's parents sweeping the floor with brooms in full swing. It turned out that there was a lot of garbage that day, and several children had limited ability. They joined in without hesitation. This spirit touched me and made me admire it even more. They didn't leave the children as soon as they got involved. I think their sense of responsibility will definitely set a good example for their children in all the little things at ordinary times. Yi Sheng, the monitor of our class, is really a good monitor. He is not only responsible for this discipline in the class, but also responsible for selling waste paper in the class regularly and buying sanitary tools for the class. This is also inseparable from the active cooperation of parents. What's more commendable is that every time I arrange a deskmate for Yi Sheng, I am the most naughty child in my class. I deeply know that, as Yi Sheng, he certainly doesn't like it from the heart and doesn't want it, and so do his parents. If it were me, I wouldn't be happy. But they never asked me to change my deskmate, and neither did his mother. Not what ordinary people can do. I am really glad that there are such students and parents in our class. Coincidentally, the ideological realm of Liu Hengchang and Zhang Hongjun's parents also made me respect. They told me this: "Teacher Zhang, you usually arrange him to do more things. It doesn't matter. What are you afraid of when you are tired? " This semester, I asked Liu Hengchang to be a health commissioner. As long as it is his day, he will always be there. Many times, I personally set up sanitary tools to improve the last point of hygiene. He told his father that I don't want to be the director of health next semester. But his father immediately pointed out his shortcomings and repeatedly stressed that only children should exercise like this now. This semester, our three-dimensional health Committee members are all excellent, and parents are also very cooperative with their work. They often come home late, but they quit without telling me once. Or let them go back early. With such parents, are we still afraid that the collective department of our class will be excellent? At the same time, I would like to thank several parents who came to the school to help the teacher make up when we held the chorus competition last time. They are: An, Pan Lingfeng, Cai Peishan, Wang Pai, Cheng Zhou, She and Liu. I think you have contributed to the success of our chorus competition. Thank you. They are: Cai Yueying, Li Pan 'an and Pan Lingfeng. Let our charging work be orderly, fast and orderly. Wu Liqin's parents looked around and went to many places to buy garbage baskets for the class. It's not easy. I think there must be many parents who have made a lot of contributions to the class and the school. Perhaps, your contribution is just unknown, but I am here to thank you, if there is still me.

As I said at the beginning, "flowers are similar year after year, but people are different year after year." Although the classroom is still the same and the meeting time is still Friday, many changes have taken place in us. Now I'll talk about some current situations in the class.

Many students can listen carefully and take notes in class, which has initially formed a good habit. Only a few students are not serious in class, and often talk and play with things, disturbing the students next to them.

More and more people raise their hands to speak, and more and more people think about problems. I'm not going to repeat it today. Wang Zhiming, Ling Zhimeng, Liu Hengchang, Peng, Huang Xinrui, Huang Siyi, Xiao, Cheng, She, Long, Zheng Zhongshuai, Cao Xueru, Huang Xingang and Liu have made progress this semester.

More and more people write well, such as Chen Wei, Wang Pai, Ma Sijia, She, Lin Qinya, Huang Xinrui and Liu. Today, I praise these people who I think have their own style and brushwork. They usually write neatly. I didn't mention them today. In fact, the handwriting in this class is not bad. I am not alone.

The article is getting better and better, which is a qualitative leap compared with Grade Three. Wu Liqin, Mo Bingxin, Cai Peishan, Chen Yajing, Zhang Mengfei, Lin Qinya, Zeng Xiaoling, Yi Sheng, Liu, Pan Lingfeng, Chen Wei, Zheng Zhongshuai, Ma Sijia, Shen Yulin, Liu Hengchang, Xiang Tianyu and Yi Juan.

Homework is getting better and better, and parents' signatures are timely and accurate. Everyone should be praised except a few students whose homework is unqualified. Here, I would like to thank Cheng and his parents in particular.

This semester, the students' health condition is better than before, and they move faster and cleaner. However, we can see that a large number of students never do cleaning at home, and their posture of holding a broom is awkward and their hands are weak. Some students have poor hygiene habits and often leave scraps of paper all over the floor, even in drawers.

Understanding ability has been enhanced, but the overall level needs to be improved.

I will mainly talk about the cultivation of students' non-intellectual factors. Why should I talk about this issue? Because as a teacher and a parent now, I deeply feel that whether a person's grades are good or not is not the most important. The most important thing is to be a person, but to be a quality.

In real life, some students were once considered as students with outstanding intelligence when they were studying at school, but they accomplished nothing after graduation. This fact proves that people with high intelligence may not become talents. The truth behind the facts is that a person's success depends on some non-intellectual factors besides certain intellectual factors and social conditions.

First of all, what are non-intellectual factors?

As the name implies, non-intellectual factors are relative to intellectual factors. Generally speaking, intelligence factors include attention, observation, imagination, memory, thinking and creativity.

Non-intelligence factors refer to emotions, wills, interests, personalities, needs, motivations, goals, ambitions, beliefs, world views and so on that are not directly related to cognition.
