What are the "hot ground" and "cold ground" in the circuit?
The circuit grounding wire connected to the 220V power supply and not grounded (ungrounded) is called "thermal grounding".

The circuit grounding that is completely isolated from the 220V power supply and grounded (which may or may not be grounded in the electrical connection) is called "cold grounding".

Don't touch the hot ground casually. If uninsulated tools or human bodies touch the hot ground, there is a danger of electric shock.
