Liu Manhong, male, Han nationality, with a college education, was born in party member, 197 1 1, from Zhoujiajian, Zizhou County, Shaanxi Province. 1989 joined the work in March, served as deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Shuanghuyu Town in June 2003, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Shuidiwan Town and secretary of the Disciplinary Committee in June 2006, and deputy secretary of the Party Committee and secretary of the Disciplinary Committee of Miaojiaping Town in June 2007.
