Liu Hegang, tenor, initiator of China classic folk song exhibition, national first-class actor, member of the 9th, 10th and 11th All-China Youth Federation, member of the 12th and 13th All-China Youth Federation Standing Committee, assistant of the 9th China Music Association, member of the 12th and 13th Heilongjiang Provincial Political Consultative Conference, president of Northeast Folk Art Promotion Association, honorary president of Heilongjiang Art Vocational College, and adjunct professor of art in China People's Liberation Army.

1992 was admitted to Heilongjiang Art Vocational College and studied under Professor Yang. 65438-0997 was admitted to the PLA Art College, where he studied under Professor Meng Ling.
