Brief Introduction of Bath Professional Committee of China Business Federation
(Overview of CSPA China Hot Springs Committee)
Bathing Committee of China Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as Bathing Committee of China Chamber of Commerce, translated into English as China General Chamber of Commerce-China National Spa Committee, hereinafter referred to as CSPA) is the only national bathing industry organization approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China on June 5438+1October 3, 2005 (Minshedeng [2005] No.66).
The Sanitary Ware Committee of China Chamber of Commerce is a branch of China Business Federation, and it is a national non-profit organization voluntarily formed by enterprises engaged in sanitary ware industry in People's Republic of China (PRC) and organizations and individuals related to this industry. Its purpose is to implement Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, conscientiously implement national policies and laws and regulations, and abide by social ethics; Guided by the development strategy of socialist market economy, play the role of bridge and link between industry organizations and government functional departments; Engaged in industry management, maintaining market order and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of members; Study the development trends of the industry, reflect and study the new situation and new problems in the management of the industry; According to the principle of marketization, carry out business activities according to law to promote the scientific, healthy and orderly development of the whole industry.
I. Main functions of the Bathing Committee of China Chamber of Commerce
(a) to carry out the investigation, collection and collation of the basic information of the whole industry, participate in the formulation of the industry development plan, and put forward the policies and legislative suggestions for the industry development to the government to serve the business decision;

(ten) actively complete other matters entrusted by the relevant government departments.
Second, the department setting and responsibilities
According to the working rules of the Sanitary Committee of China Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as "Sanitary Committee of China Chamber of Commerce"), the Secretariat is responsible for the daily work of the Sanitary Committee of China Chamber of Commerce. China Chamber of Commerce Bath Committee Secretariat consists of comprehensive information department, industry development department, membership department, training department, exhibition department, international cooperation department and SPA (spa) development department.

Detailed rules for entering the meeting
Bathing Committee of China Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as "Bathing Committee of China Chamber of Commerce") is the only national bathing industry association approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China (Minshedeng [2005] No.66). Its main business scope is: standardized management of bath industry; Certification training; Qualification evaluation and foreign exchange.
In order to keep close contact with employees in the bath industry and related industries, and promote the sustained and healthy development of the bath industry in China, in line with the purpose of "communication, coordination, self-discipline and service", the Bath Committee of the China Chamber of Commerce will expand its membership nationwide from now on according to the Working Rules of the Bath Professional Committee of the China Business Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Rules). The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Scope of membership
Any bathing enterprise, bathing association and other relevant units and individuals who recognize the Regulations, voluntarily fulfill their rights and obligations as members, pay their membership dues in full and on time, and register in the administrative department for industry and commerce of People's Republic of China (PRC) (hereinafter referred to as People's Republic of China (PRC)) according to law may apply for group members and individual members.
(1) group members
Group members include bathing enterprises, social organizations, bathing facilities, equipment and commodity suppliers, bathing related institutions and other enterprises or units.
Bathing enterprises refer to enterprises that provide and operate various bathing services, and also run auxiliary bathing, massage, massage, pedicure, foot health care and other related leisure projects. Its main forms are bath center, bath place, sauna center, bath health center, leisure club, SPA club, hot spring resort, hotel or restaurant bath department, etc.
Social organizations refer to local bathing associations or chambers of commerce.
Bathing facilities, equipment and commodity suppliers refer to suppliers who provide hardware and software equipment and consumer goods for bathing enterprises.
Bath-related institutions refer to institutions and intermediary organizations that provide consultation, investigation, research and services related to the bath industry.
(2) Individual members
Individual members are composed of government officials at all levels, experts and scholars in the industry, institutional managers and well-known news media workers in the industry. Where an individual member's unit meets the requirements of group membership, the unit is required to be a group member in principle.
Second, the membership conditions
(a) support the "Regulations";

Three. Membership procedure
(1) Group membership: The applicant shall fill in the Application Form for Group Membership (Annex II) as required, affix the official seal of the unit, and send it to the member units of the secretariat of the Bathing Committee of China Chamber of Commerce together with the introduction of the unit and a copy of the business license of the unit.
(II) Individual Member: The applicant shall fill in the Application Form for Individual Member (Annex III) as required, and after being confirmed by the official seal of the unit where he works, mail it to the Member Department of the Secretariat of Bathing Committee of China Chamber of Commerce together with his resume and academic achievements.
Four. Membership procedure
(a) the application for membership examination and approval procedures shall be handled by the member department of the secretariat of the Bathing Committee of the China Chamber of Commerce;
(2) After receiving the membership application form and related materials, the member department shall put forward the audit opinions in time and report them to the Secretary-General's office meeting in batches for deliberation and approval;
(3) After the application is approved, the member department will notify all participating units and individuals and mail (or fax) the notice of membership;
