Why is Sichuan the province of Yangtze River, Yellow River, Pearl River and Huaihai?
Only the Yangtze River and the Yellow River flow through Sichuan. The Pearl River and Huaihai don't pass through Sichuan.

Pearl River is a composite water system consisting of Xijiang River, Beijiang River, Dongjiang River and Pearl River Delta. Maxiong Mountain, which originates from Wumeng Mountain in Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, flows through Yunnan, Guizhou, Guangxi, Guangdong, Hunan and Jiangxi provinces and northern Vietnam.

Huaihai Economic Zone is located at the junction of Jiangsu, Shandong, Henan and Anhui provinces, including Xuzhou, Lianyungang and Suqian in northern Jiangsu, Zaozhuang, Jining, Taian, Rizhao, Laiwu, Linyi and Heze in southern Shandong, Huaibei, Bozhou, Suzhou, Bengbu, Fuyang and Huainan in northern Anhui, and Kaifeng, Zhoukou, Xinyang and Shangqiu in eastern Henan.
