1947 10, Chen Yangju was born in an ordinary peasant family in Wuhan, Hubei. The poor family tempered his strong and independent personality. In order to maintain his studies, he often uses his vacation time to do odd jobs or collect water chestnuts in the lake to accumulate tuition fees. Hard work pays off. When he graduated from junior high school, he was admitted to Xinzhou No.2 Middle School, a key middle school in Hubei Province, with excellent results.
Perhaps destined to form an indissoluble bond with the blue sky. 1965 On the eve of high school graduation, Chen Yangju, who had made the military school her first choice, accidentally missed the exam and was selected as an air force pilot. Twenty years' air force career has refined Chen Yangju's rigorous professional habits and firm will, and enriched his thoughts. Reading is Chen Yangju's greatest hobby. He once copied Ai Siqi's book Popular Philosophy from beginning to end in Seven Days After Flying. That is, this book aroused his keen interest in philosophy, and he began to study the philosophical works of Engels, Lenin and Mao Zedong, laying a solid theoretical foundation.
As soon as the self-defense counterattack was over, Chen Yangju was selected to study at the Air Force Academy and then took the leadership position. At the age of 36, Chen Yangju began to serve as the political commissar of a flying regiment in eastern Guangdong. He steadily carried out the reform of cadre promotion and demotion in the armed forces, and quickly changed the face of the troops, and was named as the excellent party member of the Guangzhou Air Force.

High-tech enterprises must have high-level managers to provide high-quality products and services. Chen Yangju, the general manager, always adheres to the customer-centered business philosophy, regards quality as the life of the enterprise and takes quality as a strategic basic work. Under his guidance, Qingyi successively introduced ISO9002 (later upgraded to ISO900 1:2000: 2000), ISO 1400 1, BS7799 and other international standard systems, and integrated them, making Qingyi's management based on a high starting point.
In May, 2000, General Manager Chen Yangju began to creatively introduce the zero defect management of American quality management master crosby into the overall management of the enterprise, using the method of cultural management, starting with changing employees' thinking, improving the quality of work by improving employees' quality, thus promoting the company's continuous development. In the second half of 2002, Chen Yangju, the general manager, introduced the excellent performance management model of the National Quality Management Award, which permeated all aspects of enterprise management and led Qingyi to pursue Excellence from zero defects in quality management to zero defects in management quality. In 2002, Qingyi, together with three well-known domestic enterprises such as Great Wall and Lenovo, stood out from tens of thousands of enterprises and won the "Shenzhen First Quality Management Award"; In 2003, Qingyi went out of Shenzhen and won the "Guangdong Quality Management Award" with the first total score; In the same year, only six enterprises in the National Quality Management Award won the official award, and Qingyi won the nomination award for the first time.
