If you use a 500-word resume, you can directly click on the picture and right click to change the picture (word2007 or above or wps only).

You can also delete the original picture first, enter the "Insert" option in the menu bar of word, and select Insert Picture. After inserting a picture, set the "float above text" property in the picture format, and then resize the picture and move it to the corresponding position.
