"Outstanding Communist Youth League members" is an honorary title, which is usually awarded to outstanding Communist Youth League members who have outstanding performance and outstanding work achievements and can play a leading role. "Excellent Communist Youth League members" should meet certain evaluation conditions and have established standards for comprehensive evaluation. According to the constitution of the Communist Youth League of China, the Communist Youth League organizations shall reward members who have performed their duties in an exemplary manner and made remarkable achievements in socialist modernization and the cause of defending the motherland. Awards are divided into: notification and commendation, and the Communist Youth League Central Committee, provincial, municipal (prefectural) and county-level committees awarded the title of outstanding Communist Youth League members.
