The printed version shall be consistent with the electronic version.

2. The submitted works shall be works that have not been published in other public publications or officially published collections, and the contents shall not involve state secrets.

3. The manuscript should be accompanied by a standard Chinese and English title, the author's name (in Chinese and Pinyin), a Chinese and English content summary of about 200 words, 3-5 keywords (no more than 4 words per word), the classification number of China Library and the document identification code.

4. The manuscript should be accompanied by the author's Chinese resume, including: name, gender, date of birth, nationality, native place, work unit, degree, position, professional title, research direction, mailing address, postal code, contact number (home phone, company phone, mobile phone), email address, etc.

5. Please print the manuscript on A4 paper, leaving enough blank on top, bottom, left and right, and don't print on both sides; The font size is Song Xiao and the line spacing is 2 1 pound. Requirements: The words and charts are legible, the mathematical formulas are standardized and the data are accurate. The text in the chart must be Chinese, not foreign language.

6. If the paper is supported by a fund project at or above the provincial or ministerial level, please indicate the name of the fund and the project number.

7. The notes in the text should be added at the bottom of the page, and a short horizontal line should be drawn between the text and the text, and the line should be drawn at the lower left of the page. The note number of each page should be numbered sequentially from ①, and the whole article cannot be numbered consecutively.

8. References are attached to the text, and the listed documents should correspond to the text. The document codes are: monograph [M], periodical paper [J], newspaper [N], collection of essays [C] and dissertation [D]; The file format is: author (translator), title, page number, publisher, place of publication and year (Arabic numerals are used without the word "year" behind). For example:

(2) Journal articles [J]: XXX (author): XXXX (article name), XXXX [J] (journal name), XXXX.

9. Please send the manuscript directly to the editorial department, not to individuals, and don't contribute more than one manuscript, so as not to affect the review and publication.
