General Zhang Hotan

Zhang Hetian 1948 10 was born in Xiangshui, Jiangsu. /kloc-0 joined the China people's liberation army in March, 1968, and/kloc-0 joined China in August, 1969, with a university degree. He has served as an army soldier, platoon leader, chief of staff of regimental headquarters and chief of training unit, deputy chief of staff, chief of staff, deputy head and head of regimental headquarters, chief of staff, deputy commander and commander of the 92nd Army Division, and chief of staff and deputy commander of the 3/KLOC-0 Army. In March 2006, he served as commander of Fujian Military Region. In August 2006, he served as Chief of Staff of jinan military area command, and in June 2008, he served as Deputy Commander of jinan military area command. /kloc-0 was promoted to the rank of major general in July 1999 and lieutenant general in July 2007.
