Appreciation of Du Fu's Jiangcun

Jiangcun village

The clear river winds around the village, and everything in the village looks elegant in the long summer. Swallows on the beam fly freely, and blind dates in the water are similar and accompanied. The old lady is using a chessboard, and the younger son is making a hook with an injection. What do many diseases need more than drugs? Notes on the title or background of a book.

This poem was written in the summer of the first year of Shangyuan in Tang Suzong (760). At this time, Du Fu ended his four-year exile, and with the support of his relatives and friends, he built several straw houses by the Huanhua River in Chengdu and settled down temporarily. The quiet and beautiful environment and rare stable life in Huanhuaxi made Du Fu feel happy, relieved and relaxed after suffering from exile. It's early summer. On the banks of Huanhua River, the river twists and turns, while Tsinghua in Shui Mu is a quiet and elegant pastoral scenery. The poet wrote a poem "Jiangcun" to express his feelings vertically, which is really a good time. Qingjiang is a song that embraces the village. Everything in Changjiang Village is quiet. The clear river of Huanhuaxi meanders through the village; In the long summer, everything seems quiet. The first pair of couplets, dense and well-organized, highlights the quiet environment and the poet's quiet and leisurely state of mind. The word "Bao" seems to be blurted out without force, but it gives the river a modality, and puts the quiet environment of the thatched cottage and the winding river and the poet in the feeling of natural beauty, vividly and vividly. All is Silence refers to a will; "You" is the poetic eye of the whole article. According to the general rule of metrical poetry, compound words should be avoided in the same couplet in the middle two couplets, and compound words should be avoided as far as possible in the scattered sentences of the first and second couplets, although the requirements are not so strict. Now I use a pair of compound words, but I feel a light and elegant feeling, and there is no repeated illness. "Qingjiang" refers to Huanhuaxi. Swallows on the beam fly freely, and blind dates in the water are similar and accompanied. It is the swallows in that hall who fly freely and walk alone; It is the gulls in the water that are close to each other and close to each other. Zhuan Xu wrote about the tranquility of things and feelings. In the Qing Dynasty, Qiu's Detailed Notes on Du Fu's Poems said that this couplet "forgot the opportunity when seeing things". In the poet's view, both swallows and seagulls have an interest in leisure and forgetting my own machine, which sets off the poet's feelings of self-sufficiency. In writing, "beam" should be "village" and "gull in water" should be "river". "Zi", "Xiang", "Qu", "Lai", "Qin" and "Jin" in the two poems are paired sentences, which are easy to read and have a unique charm. The old lady is using a chessboard, and the younger son is making a hook with an injection. In his spare time, his wife unfolded plain paper and drew a chessboard; The carefree little son bent a thin needle into a hook. Couplets are about people's leisure. The old lady draws paper for the infatuation and naivety of the chess game, which seems amiable; The innocence of children knocking on needles as hooks is still very cute. Chess is most suitable for summer, and Qingjiang is just fishing. In frolicking, you can see happiness, enjoy the village and enjoy everything. How can a poet not feel happy and satisfied when he meets again after a long separation? Critics of past dynasties unanimously praised the first four sentences as natural, simple and beautiful, but they had different opinions on the necklace. Critics call it "trivial and close to the world", while admirers call it "cordial and close to feelings", "ethical" and "suitable for the wise" I agree with the latter. However, an old friend provides rice, what else can I ask for?

As long as an old friend gives me some food, I, a humble person, have nothing to ask for. On the surface, couplets are happy words, but there is a trace of sadness in their bones. Saying "but there is" does not guarantee that there will be; Saying "what do you want more" means that you have already made a request. Du Fu didn't forget that his leisurely life in front of him was based on the contribution of an old friend to Mi Lu. This is a very sensitive pain point. Once there is a problem with rice distribution, everything will be out of the question. The two couplets in the middle, from the material state and human feelings, describe the quiet things in Jiangcun, ending the sentence with "What else can I ask for" and ending with "Everything is quiet", which is very simple and safe. "Old friends donate rice" means that old friends give themselves financial support in life. This combined sentence is also called "the only necessary medicine for many diseases". Whether you need "medicine" or "Mi Lu", you can't help but work hard. "Micro-body", similar to "matrix", is a modest statement. This is a plain and natural seven-character poem. With a simple style and plain language, the author touches on the beautiful and quiet natural scenery along the Huanhua River and the leisurely interest of rural life, and describes the most common and distinctive scene of Jiangcun in summer, which is vivid, natural and lovely and has the charm of idyllic poetry. In the Song Dynasty, Cai Mengbi commented on the poetry of Caotang: "He is great because he is simple. Although it seems vulgar, it is actually in front of you. " In the first half of the poem, the harmony between man and nature is naturally pleasing to the eye, and man feels freedom, kindness and harmony in nature. Couplets are full of happy and energetic family life scenes, which deeply contain the poet's comfort and cherish for family happiness. The last two sentences wrote the dull mentality of not wanting to be an official. This is a rare relaxed and happy work in Du Fu's poems. In the Qing Dynasty, Huang Sheng's "Du Shi Shuo" said that "Du Lv is not difficult to be old and healthy, but difficult to be relaxed. This poem is the result of chic flow. "
