In March 2000, he served as the deputy head of the business of Fanghuayue Troupe in Fujian Province, and is now the artistic director of the troupe. In 2006, after Wang Junan returned to China, CoCo Lee returned to Hua Dan. On June 24th, 2023, the Yue Opera "Butterfly Lovers" was staged in Fujian Grand Theatre.
