Xinyang has 1 advanced individual, 1 civilized teacher and 1 labor medal winner. He also invited five experts, including China Academy of Engineering, Wu Kongming, Vice President of China Academy of Agricultural Sciences, China Academy of Engineering and Professor Kang Zhensheng of Northwest A&F University, as visiting professors.
