It is also the peak of job hunting in a year. Seeing the voices of my younger brothers and sisters complaining, I seem to have returned to the days when I was rushing around for interviews in various companies not long ago. However, people always grow up through experience. Here I post my successful interview experience in Heicks Kang, a top 500 enterprise, just to share some experience, hoping to give you some help.
Tuanmian: Shoot the first bird.
Sitting in the living room of Shangri-La Hotel, I didn't have time to appreciate its magnificent charm, so I quickly recited the English self-introduction I had recited thousands of times. Today is an interview with my target company, and it is a troublesome leaderless group discussion. Our group was assigned a discussion topic about technical safety. When I expressed my personal opinion as required, I didn't carry forward Zhao Benshan's spirit of rushing to answer questions, which led to my late speech. I thought my point of view was novel, but I didn't expect others to think of it, so I had to repeat what others said.
My experience: children who speak early in group presentations take advantage of it, so they should speak first under certain circumstances.
During the group discussion, one student was very active, and the intention of leading the group discussion was obvious. However, this gentleman's strategy is very problematic. When a team member makes a presentation, the gentleman wants to flaunt his point of view and interrupt the other party several times. The strength of rebuttal is like being an enemy of others! Many people have mentioned that once such an unusually positive person appears, it will affect the performance of all the players and even bring trouble to the elimination of the whole team. Today, our group hit a "Universiade"! I had to try not to confront this gentleman directly, so I didn't say much during the whole discussion. When I chose the summary person to make a presentation, I handed him the group notes I had been doing. This was a show. He summarized it comprehensively, so he was accidentally notified to enter the next round at night.
My experience: It is best to adopt a conservative strategy when meeting strong team members in the group.
Many to one: do a good job in foreign languages and collect evidence.
I've long heard that interviews with foreign companies are very nerve-racking, but my heart is still pounding in the face of a group of interviewers in suits and ties. Fortunately, I have been through many battles and soon entered the state. Facial classics are almost the same, but there are two points that need to be verbose, hehe.
First, foreign languages are very important, really important.
An interview is usually 5- 10 minutes, so it is difficult to show yourself as much as possible in such a short time. If you are not fluent in a foreign language, it is difficult to answer the questions you want to answer. Of course, for people with good English, I won't teach others how to swim. Don't be afraid of those who are my brother's "English is fiercer than a tiger". It is entirely possible to prepare relevant oral English several months in advance. My brother who slept in the upper bunk spent a lot of money on high-priced training courses, so I, a poor grass-root, had to find a suitable English book to recharge it quickly, and the effect was not bad. There are many English textbooks on the market now, but I am very lucky. At that time, Seattle working English was used, which was produced by Peking University. Anyway, it was recommended by a senior of a giant PP, who put it in my hand and said: With this "Sunflower Collection", I can become Du Lala. At that time, I forgot to ask which senior Du Lala was, but I really gained a lot after learning it. There is an English proverb "Repetition is the mother of skills". After repeating it for two months, my oral English began to look good and my confidence increased greatly.
Of course, since English is a supplement, it is natural to "take care of yourself". Especially in the face of technical positions (such as this interview), don't show off your English in the process of answering questions, be cautious first and try not to make mistakes. Ten wonderful answers are not worth a mistake. My coping strategy is: don't answer all the questions, skip some questions you don't understand and be good at talking seriously.
Second, this society is talking about evidence.
When I said I was at school, I said that my leading group had done more than 60 thousand words of rural investigation, and the other side naturally came to the bottom. I can't wait to ask who will wash the dishes after dinner (hey hey, definitely not me). However, cudgel is prepared. After answering the question, he handed in the printed investigation report in the form of a book, and the other party was surprised when looking through it. Because this kind of investigation is special, the other party will doubt it in detail. At this time, the most convincing evidence (materials, articles, photos, etc. ) will deepen the impression. This is also a supplement to the interviewer's answer that he doesn't believe you are telling the truth. In general, our first feeling is to doubt an extraordinary thing. This kind of psychology is normal, after all, the interviewer is not familiar with you. My coping strategies are: make full preparations for argumentation; Even if your statement is not very good, you can supplement it with empirical evidence.
