Chen Tianhua, a modern democratic revolutionary in China, was born in Xinning, Hunan. Revolutionary martyr in late Qing Dynasty, leader of China Revolutionary Party. He witnessed the worsening national crisis under the rule of the Qing government, generously donated money, determined to avenge the national humiliation, resolutely gave up the imperial examination, joined the revolutionary army, and was promoted to be an author. 1905, Chen Tianhua wrote two revolutionary pamphlets, Looking Back and Jing Shizhong, which became the mouthpiece of the propaganda revolution.
