1982 to 1998 worked in the post office of the former design institute of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, and served as office director, deputy chief engineer and chief engineer. He was employed as the key researcher of the national medium-and long-term scientific and technological development planning strategy research "Research on the Development of Modern Service Industry", a member of the "Overall Coordination Group of Modern Logistics Standardization" of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and an expert in guiding project evaluation of the "National Key Promotion Plan of Scientific and Technological Achievements" of the Ministry of Science and Technology. He has organized, presided over, taken charge of or participated in hundreds of major postal engineering design, information construction, scientific research, standards and specifications, and research and development projects of relevant state ministries and commissions, and published more than 30 papers.
