Master in Geodesy and Surveying Engineering from Wuhan University, Ph.D. in Astrometry and Astrodynamics from Graduate School of China Academy of Sciences, 1999, invited to be a visiting scholar at the University of Alaska in the United States to cooperate in scientific research. 1994 was promoted to associate professor by Ministry of Land and Resources, and 1999 was promoted to professor. He is currently the director of the Institute of Surveying, Mapping and Spatial Information of Chang 'an University, a professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Geodesy of Chang 'an University.
