1990~ 1998 used to be the deputy director of Gong Ling Primary School and the counselor of Shaoshao Brigade.

From 1999 to 2002, he served as the deputy director of teaching in Gong Ling Central Primary School.

In 2003, he served as the teaching director of Gong Ling Central Primary School.

Since 2004, he has served as the vice principal of Gongling Central School, in charge of moral education team, teacher training, sports health, education and scientific research.
