Fang (19 16- 1952) is a native of Yangmei village, Dehua County, Fujian Province. 1947 Participated in the Revolution and the War of Liberation, and was a soldier of a certain unit of the China People's Liberation Army. After the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea broke out, he joined the army and went to Chinese people's Volunteer Army to fight in the DPRK. 1July, 952, died in Luanchuan War in Korea.
