Lizhou Confucian Temple is adjacent to Lizhou ancient city wall, and the newly-built museum gate is a three-story antique gatehouse, which is located at the left and right arches of the ancient city wall. The Confucian Temple was built from south to north, with a head gate and a half moon pool. There is a stone champion bridge on the pool, as well as Xingxingmen, Dachengmen, Dacheng Hall and Chongsheng Temple, all of which are six entrances. Dachengmen

The bell and drum tower is hexagonal, with double eaves and twelve ridges, upturned eaves and yellow glazed tiles on the top cover. The ringing of bells and the fragrance of strings of bamboo and silk must be appreciated best by those who are hanging on their heads with spikes, reflecting the snow and digging the wall to be the top scholar by light, but the madman like Jin Fan and the poor like Kong Yiji can't appreciate this beauty. Dacheng Hall should be a kind of treasure, with joy and sorrow.

Footprint temple

Qing Daoguang was rebuilt in the 21st year. A tall statue of Confucius was erected in the temple, which made people look up and pay attention again and again. Then they bowed their heads and prayed devoutly, hoping to set foot on the championship bridge once in this life and the next. Under the temple is a stone base, with a single eaves and a hard top, covered with green glazed tiles, and two wings on each side. The east and west wing rooms are hard mountain style, with green glazed tiles and tea ridges, and fish kisses at both ends.
