What language was used by Qi during the Warring States Period?
Warring States script is the most chaotic period in the history of Chinese character development. The characters in the Western Zhou Dynasty and the Spring and Autumn Period are now called "inscriptions on bronze", and the characters in the Warring States Period are simpler than "inscriptions on bronze". However, because countries are at war and do not belong to each other, the characters of different countries are different. In the Warring States script found today, there are still many difficult words that experts can't recognize. Experts refer to the characters of this period as "Warring States Characters". According to the different physical structures and writing habits of different countries, the Warring States script can be divided into the western Qin script and the eastern Six-country script. The characters used by Qi belong to the "six-country characters". "Six-nation script" was abolished after Qin unified the world. Qin Shu was later called Wen Shu or Da Zhuan, and was later edited by Li Si to form Xiao Zhuan, which was promoted all over the country.
