Warrior Hou Jing 1975 was born in June. Hou Jing, known as the "laser goddess" in China, was born in 1975. She was admitted to the Department of Applied Physics, Changsha University of National Defense Technology, Hunan Province with 1993. After graduation, she was sent to China Academy of Sciences as a cooperative student, and studied adaptive optics with Academician Jiang, a famous optical expert in China.

In 2002, after graduation, 27-year-old Dr. Hou Jing returned to the National Defense Science and Technology University to teach, and conducted research on "Supercontinuous Universal Light Source". In 2007, he went to Bath University for further study. After returning to China, Hou Jing cooperated with the British side in the research of "Spectrum Controllable High Power supercontinuum source".
