In the interview, how to correctly self-evaluate and choose the direction of entry?
How to evaluate yourself correctly in the interview process is a concern of many people. Generally speaking, the current resume self-evaluation can be divided into three levels, namely, no boasting, seeking truth from facts and summarizing in one sentence.

I boast that I am cheerful, sincere, have a strong professional ethics, work conscientiously and responsibly, and have certain resource coordination ability, and so on. This kind of brainless boasting is very common among graduates who have just left society. Because there is no ink in my stomach, I have to sell melons to brag. In fact, such promises and boasting can't add points at all, and many HR hate this model. Therefore, I don't recommend self-evaluation without boasting.

"I have three years of experience in copywriting planning and participated in copywriting planning of six tens of millions of communication cases. My understanding of copywriting is to express the needs of users in a language that everyone can understand. " Comparing this resume with the first self-evaluation, it is obvious that the expression is completely different. But this type is not easy to write, and it requires some work experience. The description method of seeking truth from facts is generally xxx years of experience, xxx awesome project+own understanding and requirements of the work, etc. It would be better if you could bring some data, which looks more real.

In short, resumes are usually Ali P8 architect, Tencent senior product manager, former Baidu product chief designer and so on. If you think you are awesome enough to kill 99% of your competitors, then a one-sentence summary resume is very suitable for you. But if not, it is better to choose a realistic resume honestly.
