The Second Ring Road is the first ring road in Fuzhou. Second Ring Road started construction 1992, East Second Ring Road was opened to traffic 1994, Northwest Second Ring Road was opened to traffic 1996, and South Second Ring Road was completed and opened to traffic in May 2006, 5438+0. South Second Ring Road is the first urban expressway in Fuzhou that is fully enclosed and has no overpass. The Second Ring Road is the core of Fuzhou road network, which is built around the central city of Fuzhou, with a total length of 28.5 kilometers. Yue Feng Viaduct, Helin Viaduct, Jinjishan Tunnel, Doumen Viaduct, Sierting Viaduct, Longyao Viaduct, Pan Tong Viaduct, Xiangshan Tunnel, Xiangshan Viaduct, Luzhuang Viaduct, Liming Viaduct, Ye Highway Viaduct, Youxizhou Bridge, Nanjiangbin Overpass, Bailuling Viaduct, Shuanghu Viaduct, Gaogaishan Viaduct, Beiyuan Viaduct, Aofeng Bridge, Lianpan Viaduct and Wuli Viaduct. All sections of the Second Ring Road are located in the four major urban areas of Fuzhou (Gulou District, Taijiang District, Cangshan District and Jinan District).

The East Second Ring Road, also known as Lianjiang Road, was first built in the Second Ring Road, starting from Tatou Road and ending at Baihuting. Wu Liting overpass and Aofeng Bridge were built in the first phase of the project.

The West Second Ring Road was built in the East Second Ring Road, starting from Tongpan Road and ending at Jiang Bin Avenue. Xiangshan tunnel is the first phase of the project.

The North Second Ring Road starts from Tongpan Road, ends at Tatou Road and borders Lianjiang Road.

The South Second Ring Road was finally completed. After the completion of Houban Road, it is called the Second Ring Expressway, which is the first fully enclosed expressway in Fuzhou. It starts at the bridgehead of Youxizhou and ends at Baihu Pavilion. There are Youxizhou Bridge, Nanjiangbin Overpass, Bailuling Viaduct, Shuanghu Viaduct, Gaogaishan Viaduct and Beiyuan Viaduct along the line.

The second ring road (Houban Road) was built in the later stage, and was completed on 20 10. It starts from Baihu Pavilion, borders on South Second Ring Road, and finally connects with China Commodity Road and borders on East Third Ring Road. The standard is urban expressway. Linpu Road Interchange and Gushan Bridge were built along the line.
