3. Use less function words and narrative language. In terms of language, China graduates have a common problem when writing English resumes: they like to use narrative language. Maybe they used to write English compositions when they took the CET-4 and CET-6. When describing themselves, they always write a long paragraph like a narrative, "first" and "idea". Instead of this, it is better to list them one by one, so that employers can see at a glance, because they will not read a resume for more than 30 seconds. Also, when you use career-related English, you must pay attention, otherwise the employer will think that you are not professional enough and look through the textbooks of professional English taught in universities.
