Marco, female, Master of Economics, Bachelor of Power System Automation Engineering, Zhejiang University; 1988 was qualified as a lawyer through the national examination, and 1999 was qualified as a securities lawyer. As the founder and director of Sunshine Times Law Firm, he has been making unremitting efforts for the legal protection of energy and environment in China since he founded the firm 1995. Before establishing Sunshine Times Law Firm, he was the secretary of the Youth League Committee of Zhejiang Electric Power Bureau, the director of the Youth Work Department and the director of the Legal Affairs Office.
