In recent years, Korean Air has recruited Korean flight attendants to open the China market. Since July last year, flight attendants (college degree or above) have been recruited for the first time in Beijing and Shanghai. Then we continue to recruit stewardesses in Qingdao, Guangzhou, Shenyang, Dalian and Chongqing. In March this year, recruitment was conducted in Shanghai and Beijing.

The recruitment target is college degree or above (including fresh graduates), CET-4 or above, Korean speaking is preferred, the height is not less than 164CM, and the corrected vision C table is above 0.5. Starting from 2008, the recruitment requirements must be women born after 1985 1.

The interview includes online resume review+initial test+retest+physical examination.

After the resume is approved, you can enter the preliminary examination, which is conducted in English by a Korean examiner and an on-the-job flight attendant, mainly including self-introduction, Korean Airlines information, random questions (personal interests) and so on. Group of 5-6 people, about 20-30 minutes.

After passing the initial test, enter the second interview, which includes two pairs of 1 style, face-to-face oral English communication with the examiner, using random questions to mainly assess the interviewer's English listening and speaking ability, about 10- 15 minutes. After passing the qualification, I immediately entered the final round, and the interview was led by about 5 flight attendants of Korean Air. It mainly includes introducing yourself and asking questions according to your resume, about 20 minutes. End.

The final result was announced in official website, and the next round of results will take about one week to ten days.
