Liu Fuling (94 years ago-74 years ago) was born by Emperor Zhao of the Han Dynasty, the eighth emperor of the Western Han Dynasty, and the youngest son of Emperor Gaozu Liu Che and (Mrs. Gou Jian).

Liu He is the son of Liu Bo, the fifth son of Liu Che. After his father died, Liu He succeeded to the throne of Changyi. Liu He is the grandson of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty and the son of Liu Bo, the king of Changyi. After the death of Emperor Gaozu Zhao Di, no children succeeded to the throne. Huo Guang, who was actually in power at that time, chose Liu He as the heir of Zhao Han to inherit the throne. Liu He was deposed by Huo Guang after only 27 days in office.
