Liu Fuling (94 years ago-74 years ago) was born by Emperor Zhao of the Han Dynasty, the eighth emperor of the Western Han Dynasty, and the youngest son of Emperor Gaozu Liu Che and (Mrs. Gou Jian).
Liu He is the son of Liu Bo, the fifth son of Liu Che. After his father died, Liu He succeeded to the throne of Changyi. Because Emperor Zhao, who was only 2 1 year old, died and had no children, Huo Guang, a former fu, asked his nephew Liu He to come to offer condolences. In the same year, Liu He was made the heir to the throne and counted as the stepson of Emperor Zhao.
After Liu acceded to the throne, he was dissolute and ordered people to keep collecting money. The recorded statistics are 1 120 times. Because Liu He didn't listen to the minister's advice, he was deposed by Huo Guang and the Queen Mother Shangguan after only 27 days in office, and became the emperor with the shortest reign in the history of the Western Han Dynasty.

Liu He is the grandson of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty and the son of Liu Bo, the king of Changyi. After the death of Emperor Gaozu Zhao Di, no children succeeded to the throne. Huo Guang, who was actually in power at that time, chose Liu He as the heir of Zhao Han to inherit the throne. Liu He was deposed by Huo Guang after only 27 days in office. When Xuan Di proclaimed himself emperor in the Han Dynasty, Liu He was actually closely watched, quite suspicious and heavily guarded, although he was named Hai Faint Hou.
In the third year of Yuan Dynasty (the first 46 years), Liu, another son of Emperor Gaozu, named Liu Daizong as the Queen of the Sea, and Liu Daizong passed it on to his son Hou Liubao.
In December of the first year (A.D. 8), Wang Mang established a new dynasty on behalf of Han Dynasty, which abolished Hou and reduced Liu Baoshi to Shu Ren. Later, the Eastern Han Dynasty was established, which restored Liu's world and was restored as a sea faint. Around the 16th year of Yongyuan in the Eastern Han Dynasty (A.D. 104), Haifaint Hou was divided into Jianchang County and Haifaint Hou County.
