Liu Qingshan (19 16─ 1952) used to be the secretary of the CPC Tianjin District Committee. His original name was Liu Shunshan, a native of Nanzhang Village, Anguo County, Hebei Province (now anguo city hosted by Baoding City, Hebei Province). Born in poverty, he worked as a long-term laborer in Nanbaisha Village, Boye County. Later, together with Zhang Zishan, he embezzled and stole RMB and engaged in illegal activities of reselling state materials. It was exposed in the movement against three evils of 195 1. 1952 February 10 was executed in Baoding according to law.
