Wei Jinfei (1903— 1983) was born in Jurong, Jiangsu. Director of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. After the outbreak of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, he successively served as the instructor of the People's Mobilization Committee of Wuwei County, Anhui Province, the Secretary-General of the Joint Defense Office of Jinpu Road West, the county magistrate of Dingyuan County, Anhui Province, the Commissioner of Hehan, the Deputy Commissioner and Commissioner of the Third Commissioner of lunan district, the member of the Third Committee of lunan district Party Committee, the Deputy Director of the Southern Shaanxi Administrative Office, the Secretary-General of Zhongyuan Financial Office, and the Secretary-General of Zhongyuan Interim People's Government.
