Jesuli Chen: Implementing quality education in an all-round way is the strategic theme of education reform and development. Classroom is the main channel to implement quality education. Since the beginning of this year, we have asked all schools in the region to insist on "opening every course well, optimizing every class and doing every activity well" as the fundamental measure to implement quality education. Improving the quality of classroom teaching in an all-round way has always been the unremitting pursuit of educators. Objectively speaking, the current classroom teaching quality of primary and secondary school teachers is still uneven, and the classroom teaching efficiency needs to be further improved. In order to further promote the curriculum reform of basic education and guide teachers to pay more attention to classroom teaching, we put forward the requirement of building a "quality classroom". Its purpose is to improve the quality of classroom teaching in an all-round way, its core is to fully implement the new ideas, new ideas and new requirements of basic education curriculum reform, and its key is to comprehensively improve the professional quality of teachers.

We promote the construction of "quality classes", not to create several "demonstration classes" or "open classes", which is not our purpose.

Jesuli Chen: To promote the construction of "quality classroom", the most important thing for teachers is to optimize the classroom teaching process. Jesuli Chen: We put forward the requirement of building a "quality classroom", which has been positively responded by the majority of primary and secondary schools. In the construction of "quality classroom" in the education system of the whole region, the ideological understanding is gradually deepened, the methods and measures are gradually improved, and the actions are gradually increased. A large number of schools have earnestly implemented the construction of "quality classrooms" in accordance with the work arrangements and arrangements of the District Education Committee, and have taken firm and solid steps.
On June 26th this year, the Jiulongpo District Government signed an agreement with the China Academy of Educational Sciences to jointly build an experimental zone for comprehensive education reform. Jiulongpo District has become the sixth experimental zone for comprehensive education reform jointly established with China Academy of Educational Sciences after Xiacheng District of Hangzhou, Qingyang District of Chengdu, Nanshan District of Shenzhen, dalian jinzhou new district and Yinzhou District of Ningbo.
