To tell the truth, my friend MengMeng successfully asked the interviewer this question. Of course, the final result was that he went home with his bag without answering any questions.
In fact, this question is based on the experience of senior interviewer Su San, mainly to give the interviewer a buffer time to familiarize him with your resume again.
Therefore, friends should remind the interviewer of your characteristics and why you are particularly suitable for this position by introducing yourself.
To introduce yourself in the interview, we should follow the principle of minimalism and highlight the key points.
Second, the minimalist self-introduction 5-sentence formula

The time is controlled at 1 min, and the words written on paper are 120- 160, including five sentences:
1) Who am I (in a word)
Read the name clearly and put the stress on the last word.
I'm Susan, I'm Susan. If I emphasize the first word, the words behind it will be weak and have no momentum; Emphasize that the words behind are different, and the stress at the end makes people feel more confident.
2) My three highlights and the most relevant recent experience? (3 sentences)
To prove your record, your enthusiasm for work.
3) Why do I want this job? (in a word)
Considering the requirements of this job, it is very, very important how you think this job is suitable for you, or why you are qualified for this job!
Because without this sentence, your self-introduction can easily end with some detailed statements, and the interviewer can't give you an overall evaluation.
At the same time, the place where the self-introduction ends is the place where the interview officially begins. If you stop at the details, it is easy for the interviewer to ask questions in depth from this detail. If you can't answer, it will be terrible.
No one knows everything, no one has three heads and six arms, some weaknesses are normal, and the interviewer knows this, so foster strengths and avoid weaknesses, and lead the topic to your most confident place through self-introduction.

Four, two don't.
Two don't:
1) Repeat your resume.
What the interviewer wants is not simple repetition, but expecting you to give the "central idea" and "outline" of your resume.
2) Too modest = too guilty?
Being too modest will not only make the interviewer think you are incompetent, but also produce negative feedback.
Prepare a five-sentence formula, then the next step is: practice, practice!
It is said that when Joe Wang was alive, every page of ppt had to be rehearsed for several hours, and all useless words were cut off to be minimalist;
Up to now, Apple has made a summary of the report from top to bottom, and it is still: Rule No 1 All nonsense is deleted! No2 practice for ten hours before going on stage!
Read your self-introduction aloud and remember the key points and order of self-introduction.
Recite your self-introduction until it sounds natural, just like talking at ordinary times. Practice makes perfect!
