Xintang Town, which belongs to Zengcheng District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China, is located on the north bank of the lower reaches of Dongjiang River in the Pearl River Delta, bordering Huangpu District, Guangzhou City in the west, Xiancun Town in the east, Dongguan City across the river in the south and Yongning Street Town in the north. Its center is east longitude 1 13 36', north latitude 23 07', with an area of 86.32 square kilometers (20 17) and a total population of 257,894 (2017), which is the gross industrial output value of Xintang town above designated size. The main attractions are Zhan Huaide Temple, Zhan Hengyun's Tomb, Ningyuan Building, Ancient Sea Relics and Shici Temple.
20 18 10 9 and xintang town were selected as the top 100 towns with comprehensive strength in China in 20 18. 20 1910.8, 19 was selected as one of the top 100 towns in China with the comprehensive strength of 1000, ranking fifth. In July 2020, the National Patriotic Health Association decided to name Xintang Town as a national health township with a cycle of 20 17-20 19.
