1975 joined the work and taught in Dayao No.1 Middle School. Before February 2002, he worked in the local party and government departments in Chuxiong for a long time. He used to be Party Secretary of Liu Ju Town, Dayao County, Director and Party Secretary of Education Bureau of Dayao County, Standing Committee Member and Office Director of Dayao County Committee, County magistrate and secretary of Lufeng County, Secretary General of Chuxiong Prefecture Government, Standing Committee Member and Secretary General of Chuxiong Prefecture Committee.

Since February 2002, he has served as deputy secretary and dean of the Party Committee of Chuxiong Normal University. (Director level)

From March, 2002 to June, 2004, I worked as a graduate student in business administration (MBA) jointly organized by Kunming University of Science and Technology and Macau International Open University of Asia, and obtained a master's degree in business administration from Macau International Open University of Asia.
