The College Students' Speech Debate Association was established in September, 20 1 1, referred to as Debate Association. It was co-founded by Wang, 20 10, School of Political Science and Law, Huaibei Normal University, and Hao Zhiyuan, College of Literature. Guided by Teacher Xie of the College of Political Science and Law, this community is one of the campus communities jointly supported by the General Party Branch of the College of Political Science and Law and the Youth League Committee of the College.

Up to now, the association has a great influence in the debates and speeches of Huai Normal University, and it is one of the "six major societies" of the School of Political Science and Law.
