Zheng Wenjuan, female, Han nationality,1born in September 1982, is from Chengcheng County, Shaanxi Province. He joined China in February 2004, and joined the work in July 2005 with a bachelor's degree in engineering.

He is currently the deputy secretary of Linyou County Committee of Shaanxi Province and the county magistrate of linyou county People's Government.
