Awards: 1998 "Study on Preparation and Industrialization of Starch/Synthetic Resin Composite Packaging Adhesive" won the second prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress, the first prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress in 2004, and the second prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress (the first finisher) in 2006 and the development and application of new photocatalytic materials with controllable morphology and structure.

Especially in recent years, great progress has been made in the research and development of morphology control technology of nano-functional materials, nanocrystallization of natural minerals, preparation and performance research of high-performance nanocomposites, key materials and equipment for seawater desalination, and nano-photocatalytic materials. Through the construction of public service platform and the strengthening of Industry-University-Research Alliance, the industrialization of nanotechnology achievements has been promoted.

Published more than 70 papers/kloc-0 in academic journals at home and abroad, of which more than 80 papers were included in the three major searches and 4 textbooks were compiled. Some research results have been published in high-level academic journals such as Material Chemistry, Carbon, Journal of Inorganic Chemistry, Journal of Colloid and Interface Science and Journal of Solid State Chemistry.

More than 90 national invention patents were applied (including 19 granted patents), 3 national projects were completed, and more than 40 provincial and ministerial scientific research projects were completed.
