According to the central judicial system reform and deployment, the judicial administrative organs are responsible for the selection and management of people's supervisors. According to the Implementation Plan for Deepening the Reform of the People's Supervisor System in Sichuan Province issued by the Sichuan Provincial People's Procuratorate and the Sichuan Provincial Department of Justice, Guangyuan Municipal Bureau of Justice decided to openly select the people's supervisors of the Municipal People's Procuratorate for the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Elected posts
This time, 48 people's supervisors of the Municipal People's Procuratorate were appointed in the whole city to supervise the people's procuratorates of Lizhou District, Chaotian District, Zhaohua District, Qingchuan County, wangcang county, Jiange County, Cangxi County and Rongshan District of Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province to handle cases directly accepted for investigation. In order to facilitate the work, according to the situation of handling cases in various places over the years, after consultation with the Municipal People's Procuratorate, it is proposed to appoint six people's supervisors for the County People's Procuratorate and the Rongshan People's Procuratorate.
Second, the selection conditions
(1) People's supervisors shall meet the following conditions: China citizens who have reached the age of 23 (1born before May 4, 1994), support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), abide by the law, have good conduct, be fair and upright, be in good health, have a high school education or above, have high political quality, broad representation and a solid mass base.
(2) The following persons shall not serve as people's supervisors: those who have been criminally punished for intentional crimes or are under criminal investigation; Being dismissed, dismissed from public office or dismissed from public office due to violation of law and discipline; There is a record of being executed by the people's court for breach of trust; There are other violations of law and discipline, resulting in adverse effects.
(3) The following persons shall not participate in the selection of people's supervisors: leaders of Party committees, governments and their constituent departments, members of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, on-the-job staff of discipline inspection and supervision organs, staff of political and legal organs of Party committees, people's courts, people's procuratorates, public security organs, state security organs and judicial administrative organs, people's jurors, and other personnel whose duties may affect the performance of people's supervisors.
Third, the term of office
The term of office of the people's supervisors is five years, and they may not serve as people's supervisors for more than two consecutive terms. A people's supervisor may not be the people's supervisor of two or more people's procuratorates at the same time.
Four. Supervisory responsibility
The people's supervisors shall supervise the following situations in which the people's procuratorates directly accept cases filed for investigation:

(1) Registration method
1. organizational recommendation. Citizens can recommend registration through grassroots organizations or other relevant units in their work units or places of residence. Organization recommended, need to fill in the "people's supervisor recommendation form".
2. Personal recommendation. Citizens can also apply for registration by self-recommendation. Personal recommendation, need to fill in the "people's supervisor recommendation form".
3. The people's supervisors shall implement directional supervision in principle. The organization recommendation and individual recommendation registration shall indicate the supervision unit to be declared, and be consistent with the applicant's domicile and habitual residence.
4. The People's Procuratorate of Rongshan District of Guangyuan City directed the declaration and supervision, and registered in the Judicial Bureau of Lizhou District of Guangyuan City; Those who report to the people's supervisors of other county people's procuratorates shall register with the corresponding county judicial bureau.

(2) Application materials
The recommending organization or self-recommendation person should fill in the recommendation form of the people's supervisor or the self-recommendation form of the people's supervisor carefully, provide 2 copies of my valid resident ID card, education certificate, household registration book, certificate of commendation or reward, and physical health certificate (certificate issued by a second-class hospital or above), and 3 recent one-inch color positive photos, and be responsible for their authenticity. (3) Registration time
The registration time is within 30 days from the date of this announcement (May 4, 20 17 to June 5, 20 17). Applicants can bring the registration form, photos and relevant supporting materials to the county judicial bureaus for on-site registration, or send them to the county judicial bureaus by registered mail or express mail. It is subject to the postmark time, and will not be accepted after the deadline.

According to the conditions and procedures for the selection of people's supervisors, the Judicial Bureau will examine the qualifications of applicants and organize inspections, select the best candidates, pay attention to the rationality of the overall structure of people's supervisors, and highlight the mass of people's supervisors. Under normal circumstances, the number of staff of organs, organizations and institutions applying for the examination shall not exceed 50% of the total number of applicants. After the examination and approval, the list of candidates will be publicized in the major municipal media. If there is no objection or no objection is established at the expiration of the publicity period, he will be elected as the people's supervisor of the Municipal People's Procuratorate.
