He used to be the director of research room and postgraduate room of Peking University Law Department, member of Party Committee and director of research room of Peking University Law Department, assistant to the director of Peking University Law Department and member of Party Committee, director of Beijing Tianyuan Law Firm, vice president of the 7th Beijing Lawyers Association, member of the 7th and 8th Stock Issuance Review Committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission, third part-time member, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd merger and reorganization review committees of listed companies of China Securities Regulatory Commission, and the 14th people of Xicheng District of Beijing. He is currently the managing partner of Beijing Tianyuan Law Firm, independent director of Hainan Mining Co., Ltd., independent director of Shandong Buchang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., independent director of Yin Min Shouchuang Holdings Co., Ltd., honorary president of Xicheng Lawyers Association and arbitrator of Beijing Arbitration Commission.
