1983 graduated and was assigned to Emei cement plant. He has served as a technician in sintering workshop of Emei Cement Plant, deputy director of maintenance workshop, leader of Tibet aid group of Lhasa Cement Plant in Tibet, deputy director of mining workshop of Emei Cement Plant, deputy director of mechanical power department and secretary of party branch. Since July 2000, he has served as assistant to the general manager of Sichuan Jinding (Group) Co., Ltd., secretary and director of the Party Committee of Emei Cement Plant, deputy general manager of Sichuan Jinding (Group) Co., Ltd., secretary and director of the Party Committee of Emei Cement Plant, and deputy general manager of Sichuan Jinding Development and Investment Co., Ltd.
